Matters of The Heart Therapeutic Services is a full-service mental health treatment center
providing services for a wide range of mental health, emotional, behavioral and relationship
issues. At MOTHTS Services, we provide a warm and inviting environment that focuses on
improving the lives of individuals and family in need of help with depression, anxiety, anger
management and other emotional problems.
We believe in not just addressing the emotional, but the physical and spiritual needs of the
individual and their family. Depression, anxiety, anger, and addiction affect not only you but all
those around you! Our goal is to provide a life-changing experience that will help you cope and
develop better communication skills, promote individual and family changes which lead to metal
and spiritual growth and development. We offer individual, group and family counseling therapy

Group Therapy
Group Therapy is a very effective approach for helping teens. We offer therapy in many formats; skills development, group focus on basic self-esteem building, communication, anger management and problem solving
Family Therapy
As part of our programs, we invite parents to become involved in the transition process along with their teens. This allows the teens to see the support they will get from the family and those close to them as they make changes.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at M.O.T.H is an important part of the transition process. Our licensed counselors assist the clients in every aspect of the process. Each clients is given a minimum of one hour per week in a one-on-one session.

Our goal at M.O.T.H is to encourage counsel and to enable them to review their own values, lifestyles, and practices. Domestic Violence affects everyone.
